What if my cat ignores it?
Put it where your cat already scratches, rub catnip on the sisal and praise them when they use it. If your cat still isn't using it after 30 days, our Cat-Approved Guarantee covers you.
How tall is it? Is it big enough for my adult cat?
Standard: 59 cm (23 in) tall, ideal for kittens and small cats. PLUS: 67 cm (26 in) tall, for adult cats. Not sure? Take the quiz.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed by December 9 (December 3 for remote areas) are expected before Christmas. Every order is tracked.

Are the pom-poms and garland safe?
They're decorative and removable. As with any toy with string or small parts, supervise play and remove them if your cat chews. Never let a cat swallow string or yarn.
